1:1 Somatic + Trauma-Informed Yoga Sessions

Trauma-informed yoga can help create opportunities for folks to rebuild a sense of control and empowerment through curiosity, options, and compassionate inquiry.

The core purpose of somatic work is to help individuals connect with and embody the life force that animates and energizes them. Healing is rooted in wholeness, integration, and connection, guiding us to embrace all parts of ourselves–dark and light–to reclaim and understand our true power.

Private sessions are a safe, attuned space to release tension and reconnect with yourself. Each session weaves together trauma-informed yoga, somatic movement, and nervous system regulation techniques to meet your specific needs, whether that’s anxiety relief, grounding, or deep emotional healing.

Over time, you’ll learn to recognize your body’s signals, regulate your stress response, and cultivate a sense of peace that lasts beyond the mat.

Small Group Somatic + Trauma-Informed Yoga Sessions

These small group sessions offer the intimacy of one-on-one support with the added warmth of shared presence.

Each gathering (up to 3 people) is intentionally small, creating a space where everyone can move at their own rhythm, feel seen, and connect through safety and attunement.

Through trauma-informed yoga + somatic practices, we’ll explore movement, breath, and nervous system regulation in a way that honors each person’s boundaries and needs. Every session is designed to help you release tension, cultivate grounding, and restore a felt sense of safety and connection, both within yourself and with others.

A tender, shared practice for friends, couples, or small groups wanting to explore + practice together with personal guidance and trauma-informed care.

Available online worldwide. Book a small group session or inquire about pricing for larger groups.

Trauma Informed Meditation

Trauma-informed meditation is all about creating a safe, flexible space to explore mindfulness in your own way—no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ here. Traditional meditation can feel daunting, especially when facing challenging thoughts, emotions, or sensations. That’s why this approach invites you to meditate however feels best for you—whether that’s sitting, lying down, or even moving. My role is to guide you with care and compassion, helping you meet whatever comes up with kindness, curiosity, and a sense of presence.

Trauma-Informed Breathwork

Trauma-informed breathwork is all about finding breathing practices that feel safe and comfortable for you. Instead of diving straight into complex techniques, we ease into it, knowing that focusing on the breath can be tricky for some. Because the breath is so connected to the nervous system, these gentle practices help you feel more balanced, calm, and in control. It’s a supportive way to explore self-regulation and connect with yourself at your own pace.
